 Doré, dory, walleye pickerel, walleye perch... many names for the tastiest fresh water fish... This fish really tastes like scallops. I consider it to be a "desert" and not a main dish... MmmmmmmMmmmmm... Try it as "fish kabob" with sweet peppers and onions, after having it marinated overnight in a special Teriyaki sauce.... Yum Yum... Would you like the recipe?

Another "dory" day!... Our young neighbour, Louis-Philippe (Loupiloup), claims he speared these ones! They were bigger than him!!!
